Peppermint Candy Costume

Time: About 30 minutes

Effort: Easy - no sewing required

Materials:

  • Red and white face paint
  • Red pants (optional)
  • White shirt
  • Red vest
  • Hair long enough for pigtails (but not too long or it won't work)

Instructions: Help your child get dressed. She can wear black pants or jeans if she doesn't have red pants. Put her hair up in pigtails on the side of her head and rat them so they look like the candy wrapper on peppermints. Paint her face so it looks like a red and white peppermint candy.

Tips: Use lots of hair spray to keep the pigtails up.
