Four-Armed Person Costume

Time: 30 to 45 minutes

Effort: Easy – no sewing required

Materials:

  • Sweatshirt (larger than your child's usual size)
  • Turtleneck (in the same color as the sweat shirt)
  • Two mannequin arms
  • Scissors
  • Black and orange nail polish (optional)
  • Black and orange costume jewelry (optional)

Instructions: Put the turtleneck and the sweatshirt on your child. Cut two circles out of the sweatshirt just below the armholes.

Have her poke her arms out of the cut-out holes.. Her arms should be comfortable.

Next, secure the fake arms inside the sleeves of the sweatshirt, so that the hands show at the bottom of the sleeves. Your child will appear to have four arms!

For added festivity, paint all her fingernails black and orange, or put matching Halloween-ish jewelry on.
