Cloudy with a Chance of Rain Costume

Time: 45 minutes

Effort: Quick and easy — no sewing required

Materials:

• Cotton balls
• Old sweat suit (gray, white, or blue)
• Cheap umbrella
• Tinsel (the kind that comes in a hanging strand)
• Glue gun
• Makeup (gray or white) and silver glitter
• Tin foil
• Rain hat (optional)

Instructions: Using the glue gun, cover the sweats with cotton balls. Put a few cotton balls on the top of the open umbrella. Glue tinsel around the edge of the umbrella. Apply gray or white makeup and silver glitter to your child's face. Make a lightening bolt out of tin foil, and attach that to his head or chest. You can also draw one on his face.
